|  Michaela Ňurciková, 20 years old, 1.78 m, from Nové Zámky, was crowned Miss Slovensko 2011 (Miss Slovakia 2011) at the Poprad Aréna in Poprad. She will represent Slovakia in Miss World 2011 next December. Dušana Lukáčová finished second and will represent her country in Miss International 2011. Ľubica Kvasnicová was third.  Since it became an independent nation, Slovakia has always been represented in Miss World, but has never placed among the semi-finalists. Michaela will try to change that in December, when a new Miss World will be crowned. | |
