| Whitney Veach Crowned Miss West Virginia USA 2011 on October 24 at the Sutton/Flatwoods Days Hotel Conference Center in Flatwoods in West Virginia. Whitney Veach is 23 year old and stands 5’5”. She will represent WV in Miss USA 2011 pageant to be held in May 2011. Whitney Veach has represented her state in Miss Teen USA 2003 pageant.
